Smart Start
Smart Start Training is something that ATC has used since day one to get people either started in the right direction or get them acquainted all over again with the equipment after a long break. The Program is helpful in many ways but the most beneficial is the fact that you learn how to use each piece of equipment in the basic circuit. Learning how to use the equipment correctly is very important so you're not working the wrong muscle. No one likes doing something for nothing. We can even take the program as far as taking measurements to help show your progress throughout the Smart Start Program. We re-measure you after the 15th and 30th visits so we can make sure you are heading towards the goals we set for you on day one. If not, we can change some things up to set you in the right direction. I also want to remind all of our members that have done the Smart Start that if there is any other piece of equipment in the gym they would like to learn how to use, just ask. That's what we are here for, to help.
